If I were you, I prefer to rephrase the title as follows:
“Social Networking and English Learning Achievement: A Correlational Study at the Christian University of Indonesia”
You see, .’Social Network-Chatting’ is changed to ‘Social Networking’ so that the frequency of using the social network tools becomes higher (students use the tools not only for chatting but also for communicating some important messages. These frequency could be used as the data of this variable.
The term ‘English Ability Development’ is changed to “English Learning Achievement” because the latter’s measurement is easier to get. You can just use the students’ temporary GPA (IPK sementara) as the data for this variable.
